GleanGrid — Farmers Market Pre-Orders

Built solo for Aptech TechWiz 7: Laravel 12 and React 19 joined by Inertia with server-side rendering, on a MySQL schema with foreign keys, 22 CHECK constraints, reporting views and triggers. Three roles, 62 screens, eight languages including right-to-left Urdu and Arabic, JazzCash / Easypaisa / card payments with automatic refunds, Google and Facebook sign-in, and a checkout stress-tested with fifty buyers racing for the last item at the same instant.

   A pre-order flow that never oversells: stock, coupons and pickup-window capacity are all decided under row locks inside one transaction — proven with 50 real parallel processes, not just unit tests.

   Payments that can’t double-charge: a locked state machine, one-time idempotency keys, amounts recomputed on the server, HMAC-verified gateway callbacks, and automatic refunds when a confirmation arrives after the payment window closed.

   Three complete workspaces (customers with QR pickup passes, price history and restock alerts; farmers with weekly stock and a scanner; admins with approvals, badges and a payments console), built for real phones: bottom-sheet filters, a live map, 8 languages with RTL and Lighthouse 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO.
