Raw PHP and MySQL, no Laravel, no React — 339 tracked files and 136 commits in three months. It shipped with real payments (COD + Stripe), two native themes, Cloudinary media, Redis/APCu caching, ClamAV upload scanning, sub-admin roles, coupon campaigns, OAuth via Google and Facebook and a CI security gate that runs on every push.
